I am Nomveliso Mbanga , a founder of Mayine Development Institute (Pty) Ltd which is also the home of Nomveliso Mbanga Teencoaching™. We are a company that bridges the gap between formal education and Indigenous Knowledge Systems. I am passionate about family restoration work and building family units starting with individuals within the diverse family units we have.

Nomveliso Mbanga Teencoaching™ is a legally trademarked concept owned by Mayine Development Institute (Pty) Ltd. The concept was derived from seeing a need for a more Afrocentric approach to the emotional & mental wellbeing of Teenagers in Southern Africa. As the Founder I took my 30yr experience in youth / community development to create a unique approach to coaching & personal development of teenagers. Our trademark now has a footprint in USA, Nigeria and Kenya.

We are a life coaching institute tailored for teenagers and the family unit and our coaching program has been recently approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). We have 2 coaching programs:

When we created Nomveliso Mbanga Teencoaching™ we were keenly interested in understanding & honouring the Indigenous framework & context that infuses an Indigenous Approach in mixing it with formalised program principles around human development.
